What we collect
When you send our repair request form, we receive the details you enter (name, phone number, device, repair needed, neighborhood or ZIP code, preferred time and any message) and, if you add one, a photo of the damage. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, quote and arrange your repair. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
How it's stored
Form details and photos are sent to our business email inbox. The website itself doesn't keep a copy. We delete requests we no longer need.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email phonerepairnewyork@gmail.com or call (929) 356-1669.
