iPhone Screen Repair in NYC & Queens

A cracked iPhone screen rarely stays small. Glass splinters, touch starts to fail and dust gets in. We replace iPhone screens at your home, office or another agreed spot in Queens and across New York City.

Signs your iPhone screen needs replacing

  • Cracked or shattered glass, even if the picture still looks fine
  • Lines, black spots, flickering or a green tint on the display
  • Touch that doesn't respond, or the phone tapping by itself
  • The screen stays black while the phone rings or vibrates
  • The screen is lifting away from the frame (check the battery, too: a swollen battery can push it up)

Cracked glass or a broken display?

On an iPhone, the front glass and the display underneath come as one screen assembly, so a repair replaces the whole front screen. If the glass is cracked but the picture is perfect, you still need a screen replacement — but fixing it early stops a small crack from turning into a dead display.

If you see lines, ink-like black spots or no picture at all, the display layer itself is damaged.

How we replace your iPhone screen at your door

  1. Text us your model (Settings → General → About → Model Name) and a photo of the damage.
  2. We confirm the price and the screen options available for your model, then agree a time.
  3. The technician opens the phone, swaps the screen assembly and reseals it at your location.
  4. You test touch, brightness, Face ID or Touch ID, and the cameras before you pay.

How long it takes

Most iPhone screen replacements are finished during a single visit. How long it takes depends on your exact model and on whether the right part is in stock, so we'll give you an estimate when you book rather than a one-size-fits-all number.

Good to know: on recent iPhones, iOS lists replaced parts under Settings → General → About. Ask us which screen options exist for your model and we'll explain the differences, including how they show up there.

Until we arrive

If the glass is badly shattered, cover it with clear tape so it doesn't splinter. Keep the phone dry and back it up while the touch screen still works.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose my photos or data?

A screen replacement doesn't touch your phone's storage, so your data normally stays exactly where it is. A backup beforehand is still a good idea.

Does Face ID still work after a screen replacement?

Face ID sits at the top of the phone, separate from the display, and a normal screen replacement shouldn't affect it. We test it with you before we leave.

Which iPhone models can you repair?

Send us your exact model name and we'll confirm whether we can repair it and which screens are available before booking.

Is a small crack worth fixing?

Usually yes. Small cracks spread, let in moisture and can cut fingers. Replacing the screen early often avoids a bigger repair later.

I have AppleCare+. Should I use you?

If your phone is covered by AppleCare+, check Apple's screen repair fee first, since it may cost you less. We're happy to tell you honestly which option makes more sense.
