iPad Screen Repair in NYC & Queens
Kids, couches and kitchen floors are hard on iPads. Whether it's a spiderweb crack or a display with lines and dead touch, tell us your model and we'll quote the repair and confirm how it can be done at your door.
Glass only, or the display too?
iPads are built in two different ways. On some models, the front glass (the touch layer) is a separate part from the display underneath, so cracked glass can be replaced on its own. On others, the glass and display are fused together and replaced as one part. Your model decides which repair you need, and that affects the price.
Find your model under Settings → General → About → Model Name, or check the model number (A followed by four digits) printed on the back.
Signs you need an iPad screen repair
- Cracked or shattered glass
- Touch that's jumpy, dead in places or tapping by itself
- Lines, bright spots or a dark display
- Glass lifting from the edges
How long iPad repairs take
iPad screens are held in with adhesive, and some models need extra care around the Home button or Touch ID. Because of that, some iPad repairs take longer than a phone repair. When you send your model, we'll tell you upfront whether it can be finished in a single visit.
How the repair works
- Send your model and a photo of the damage.
- We confirm which part you need and quote it.
- We agree a time and place for the repair.
- You test touch, display and Touch ID or Face ID before you pay.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you just replace the cracked glass?
On iPad models where the glass is a separate part, yes. On models where the glass and display are fused, the whole screen assembly is replaced. Tell us your model and we'll explain which applies.
Will Touch ID still work?
On iPads with a Home button, the original button is carefully transferred so Touch ID keeps working. We test it with you after the repair.
Do you repair iPad batteries and charging ports too?
Ask us with your model number. We'll confirm what we can do for your iPad before booking.
